Greetings Everyone!
Welcome to the Fall! Everyone at Women’s Centres Connect hopes that your summer has left you safe, inspired and rested. Our nine women’s centres are hives of activities as their staff prepare for fall and winter programming and, of course, provide care and service to our clients. Please be sure to check out the websites for each Centre to learn more.
Over the summer, Connect completed a fulsome research project that examined how our Centres fit into the continuum of care for women in rural Nova Scotia. Check out the results of this important research here.
As fall schedules begin to fill up,
we ask that you consider how you and your organization can support the following important Days of Awareness.

|
- National Suicide Prevention Day - September 10th
- International Day of Peace - September 21st
